Cancellation of Booking

1.1 Online Booking:
For bookings made through our website, you can cancel your booking by contacting our customer support team.

1.2 Offline Booking:
For bookings made via phone or by contacting our customer support team directly, you can cancel by notifying our representatives.

Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund:
You are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.

2.2 Partial Refund or Penalty:
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time:

  • A penalty of ₹1,000 or 10% of the total order value (whichever is higher) will be charged.
  • Any advance payment made will be forfeited and adjusted against the penalty amount.

Refund Process

3.1 Online Booking Refunds:
For eligible online bookings, our team will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank policies.

3.2 Offline Booking Refunds:
For eligible offline bookings, our customer support team will assist you in initiating the refund. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank’s turnaround time.

4.1 Rescheduling or Changes:
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or modifying service details, please contact our support team at the earliest. we will do our best to accommodate your request.
